You’ll also need to create an Express Entry profile which allows you to apply in two ways:

- You may contact the province/territory and apply to get nominated under its Express Entry stream
- If they agree to select you, you may create an EE profile and show your nomination
- You’ll receive your nomination via your account
2nd Way
- You may create an EE profile to show the province/territory that you are interested
- If the province/territory sends you a ‘notification of interest,’ you may contact them directly
- You can then apply to their Express Entry stream
- If they nominate you, you’ll receive an offer via your account
